Proactive messaging gives desirable information to your customers before questions even occur. Event driven email messages or faxes can be set up for the whole company by role (shipper, consignee, notify, agent) and/or in each customer's profile and then the system will generate them automatically for every shipment as the events occur. Manually  entered messages can also be entered for any shipment. Our system even enables the users to design their own email messages (for shipping advices, prealerts, or other purposes) including  which shipment information is to be included  in them and the ability to select the events to automatically trigger the messages.
